Keeping the court fair for everyone.

1. Membership

• Monthly fee: ₦4,000, due on or before the 5th of every month.
• Registration fee (new members only, one-time): ₦20,000.
• Guest drop-in fee: ₦2,000 per session, paid before play begins.
• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Lapsed members who wish to rejoin may be required to pay outstanding dues.
• If you owe 2 months or more in membership fees, you are not qualified to play until payment is settled.
• If you owe 6 months or more, you must re-register and pay the registration fee before being allowed back.

2. Playing Hours & Court Use

• The court is open every day from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
• No bookings. Play is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Games are typically doubles, to maximize play time.
• Players waiting must respect the system and be ready when called.

3. Code of Conduct

• All members and guests are expected to respect one another: no abusive language, fighting, or disruptive behavior.
• Proper badminton attire required: sports clothing and non-marking shoes only.
• Keep the court clean. No food or drinks, except water bottles.
• Players are expected to assist in setting up and packing up nets/equipment if needed.

4. Shuttles & Equipment

• Players are encouraged to bring their own racquets.
• Members are encouraged to contribute towards shuttle purchases.
• Any club-provided equipment must be handled with care.

5. Guests

• Guests are welcome but must pay the ₦2,000 drop-in fee before playing.
• Guests must follow all club rules and show respect to members.
• Regular guests are encouraged to become full members.

6. Training & Matches

• Club sessions are casual and social. Anyone can mix in and play.
• Game flow and rotation system:
  • Winners of a match remain on court for the next game.
  • If they win two consecutive games, all four players (the winners and their opponents) must leave the court, so a new set of players can come in.
  • This ensures fair play and equal opportunities for all members waiting to play.
• Friendly games should follow BWF rules (best of 3 games, 21 points rally scoring), unless players agree otherwise.
• Coaching, when available, should not disrupt social play.

7. Discipline

• Repeated lateness in fee payment may result in suspension.
• Members damaging equipment or facilities may be required to cover repair/replacement costs.
• Any violent, aggressive, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in immediate suspension or expulsion.
