Common questions.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer to the club account. Upload your receipt in the app's Payments tab — the Financial Secretary verifies and your status updates automatically. Average verification time is under 4 hours.
Can I switch from monthly to annual mid-year?
Yes. Your already-paid months count as credit toward the annual fee. Drop a note to the Financial Secretary in the app and they'll sort the math.
What if I'm travelling and miss sessions?
No automatic refunds, but Exco approves pause requests for medical reasons or trips over 4 weeks. Annual members get prorated credit if they cancel.
Are there family or student discounts?
Family packs are coming soon — sign up to the newsletter for the launch. Students get ₦1k off monthly with a valid school ID; ping the Exco to apply.
Is registration refundable?
The ₦20k registration fee is non-refundable. But the first session itself is always free, so try before you commit.
